Based in Billings, Montana, Shout Radio Services is on the leading edge of internet radio and station operations since 2003.
Shout Radio Services began with the first release of DJ Rotator Administrator (now called DJRA). This was the first publicly available program to allow for simple DJ image scheduling. Over the next few years, development on DJRA has added more powerful functionality and an easier to use interface with DJRA 2.x and now DJRA3. Shout Radio Services also develops programs for multiple radio stations and streaming service providers.

On August 15, 2006, Summit Computer Technologies changed to Shout Radio Services, redefining themselves in the field of web programming. With their combined knowledge of web sites, programming, and radio, the Shout! Radio Services crew offers professional services and programs to its customers, focusing primarily on the radio and online streaming fields.

Shout Radio Services owns and operates a group of radio stations playing special niche music genres.
